Biography

Emily K. Bardon is a seasoned attorney with a focus on providing comprehensive legal services to creative businesses in industries such as fashion, beauty, entertainment, technology, and manufacturing. As the leader of Lewis Rice’s Design & Luxury Practice Group, she is a trusted advisor for her clients and works closely with them on corporate and transactional matters.

Emily regularly drafts and negotiates contracts, develops and refines statements of work, reviews both mission critical and routine agreements, and advises on intellectual property rights.

Emily is also experienced in handling mergers and acquisitions, guiding her clients through pre-transaction planning, equity transition, asset transfer, and post-closing obligations. In her public finance practice, Emily represents underwriters and issuers in connection with municipal bond financing both within and outside the state of Missouri.
